How long will it take to receive my Good Words Journal order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, after which it will be shipped. For United States domestic orders, shipping takes 1-8 business days, depending on which shipping method you select: USPS Parcel Select (2-8 days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days). Orders ship from California.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track its progress.
How can I qualify for free shipping?Free shipping (USPS Parcel Select) is available on orders of 6 or more journals. This option will display automatically at checkout when you have 6 or more items in your cart.
Can I place an order for a product, but have it shipped to someone else?Yes. At checkout, you will be able to choose a shipping address that is different from your billing address.
If this item is meant to be a gift, please be sure to check the box indicating it is a gift, and a gift receipt will be mailed with the order instead of a standard receipt. You will also have the option to customize a message on that receipt to the recipient, if you wish.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
International shipping is not available through the website, but can be arranged in most cases. Please contact us at team@mortarandsky.com to inquire about rates, and we will prepare a personalized quote for you.

What is your return policy?
Unused items purchased from Mortar & Sky Publishing can be returned within 45 days of the purchase date. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item.
To initiate a return of your purchase, please contact Mortar & Sky Publishing at team@mortarandsky.com. Please put "Return Request" in the subject line, and include your name and order number in the message.
What if my order arrives damaged?If an item arrives damaged, we will make it right! Please contact us at team@mortarandsky.com and put “Damage Report” in the subject line. Include your name and order number in the message, and we will get back to you with the next steps for resolving the issue.

Begin by filling out the order request form here. Once we receive your order request, we will email you a custom invoice for your order, which can be paid securely online. After you submit your invoice payment, we will initiate the process of printing and shipping your books to the address you provided.

The order will take approximately 2-3 weeks to be delivered to you once your invoice payment has been submitted. During holiday seasons, it may take an additional 1-2 weeks.

Our Hearing God’s Voice books are available as a print-on-demand product, which means that we don’t keep an inventory of books on hand to ship out as orders come in. Rather, for each order, the books are first printed and bound, and then they are shipped to their destination. This lengthens the time it takes to receive the books.

Yes! After you complete your order by submitting the payment for your invoice, we will send you an estimate of when you can expect the shipment to arrive. We use Amazon as our printer and distributor for our Hearing God’s Voice books, so once your books have been printed and have left the Amazon facility, we will email you again with a tracking number to monitor its status throughout the delivery process.
